Our program includes three distinct parts
This program is adapted to all stages of pregnancy and is guided with professional supervision. The exercises are gentle, controlled, and focused on maintaining proper posture, relieving pressure on the spine and joints, and improving circulation and breathing.
The practice is mindful and free of strain, in a rhythm that suits each pregnant woman. The goal is to keep the body stable and mobile, while helping the mind remain calm and centered on a sense of safety.
The exercises are carried out with constant supervision and intensity adjustments, allowing every pregnant woman to exercise without fear or tension. The focus is on strengthening the muscles that bear the greatest strain during pregnancy, stabilizing the body, and preparing for childbirth.
Special attention is given to proper breathing, pelvic floor activation, and maintaining balance, which helps relieve common discomforts such as back pain and heaviness in the legs.
Psychophysical preparation gives pregnant women knowledge, confidence, and trust in their own bodies. Through both educational and practical guidance, the program covers topics related to the course of labor, breathing techniques during contractions, relaxation methods, and ways to maintain mental stability.
The goal of this preparation is not only to inform, but to empower — so that each woman enters childbirth calm, aware, and ready.

The program is led by Sanja Vulović, a registered nurse-midwife with many years of experience working with pregnant women, mothers, and babies, providing each woman with an individual and professional approach.
Prenatal yoga is led by Tatjana Petrović, a certified yoga and prenatal yoga instructor. Through Tatjana’s yoga classes and professionally guided exercise sessions with Sanja, we provide pregnant women with complete, safe, and carefully designed prenatal and postnatal support.
Our goal is for every pregnant woman to feel safe, supported, and in good hands.
Support does not end with the arrival of the baby. Through home visits and postpartum care for mothers and newborns, we provide continuity of care during the most sensitive period of adjustment to a new life role.
In this way, each woman receives not only preparation for childbirth, but also the reassurance that during the first days of motherhood she has a qualified professional she can turn to for advice and support.
