Mindful Dance Workshop

The Free Dance Workshop offers a safe and inspiring space for exploring movement and self-expression. Through spontaneous dance, mindful breathing, and presence in the body, participants connect with themselves without pressure, form, or expectation. Movement becomes a way to listen to yourself, release emotions, and find inner balance in a rhythm that is entirely your own.

YIN yoga

Yin Yoga offers a calm and supportive space for deep relaxation of both body and mind. Through longer holds in postures, combined with mindful breathing and silence, the body is given the opportunity to gradually open, while the mind begins to settle. This practice encourages patience, presence, and inner awareness, helping you release tension, slow down, and reconnect with yourself in a gentle and restorative way.

The Ashtanga Workshop is an intense and focused experience that combines strength, discipline, and mindful movement. Through guided practice, participants deepen their understanding of technique, breath, and the rhythm of movement, while building stability, endurance, and mental clarity.
